1. Drilling Power Head:
The drilling power head is equipped with a dedicated servo spindle motor, which drives a specialized precision spindle via toothed synchronous belt deceleration to enhance torque output. It supports rapid and convenient replacement, with feed motion powered by a servo motor and ball screw assembly. The X and Y axes feature linkage capability and adopt semi-closed-loop control, enabling linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end is designed with a BT40 taper hole and fitted with a high-speed rotary joint, facilitating high-speed U-drill center-through coolant machining operations.

2. Transmission System:
The system adopts high-precision imported Taiwanese guideways and sliders, ensuring smooth operation while effectively enhancing heavy-load bearing capacity.
The X-axis and Z-axis each utilize two rolling linear guideways as the guiding and load-bearing rails for horizontal and vertical movement respectively, fully meeting the technical requirements for high-speed drilling. The transmission of the X-axis and Z-axis is achieved through AC servo motors driving precision ball screws to rotate, enabling precise linear motion.

The Y-axis is equipped with two heavy-duty rolling linear guideways on both sides, one of which features a side-mounted structure, jointly forming the Y-axis sliding track.
