The plate and flange drilling, milling, and marking machine consists of several key components, including a base, longitudinal slide, gantry, transverse slide, vertical feed unit, drilling and milling spindle, worktable, cooling system, automatic chip removal system, automatic lubrication system, pneumatic system, electrical system, and other essential elements.
2. The servo-driven sliding drilling power head of the CNC steel plate cutting machine is capable of performing drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and groove milling operations. It can function either in coordination with other units or independently. The drilling spindle is equipped with a high-precision, Taiwan-manufactured spindle (internal cooling) with a BT50 taper and features a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism. This design allows for convenient tool changes via a connecting rod and hydraulic cylinder tool release system, enabling rapid switching between drill bits and milling cutters.
