Product Features:

 

1. The beam saw machine's feeding system is equipped with a CNC-controlled carriage clamping and feeding mechanism, ensuring rapid operation and precise positioning accuracy.

 

2. Three BT40 high-speed spindles are utilized to drill the three faces of the H-beam. Fitted with carbide drill bits, these spindles can achieve rotational speeds of up to 3000 RPM. This configuration guarantees high processing efficiency and superior drilling performance. The chips generated during the drilling process are effectively removed by the chain-type chip conveyor.

3. The CNC beam drill line's cooling system employs mist cooling technology, providing both internal and external cooling functions. Each drilling spindle unit is equipped with a separate external cooling nozzle and internal cooling connector, offering flexibility based on specific drilling needs. Both internal and external cooling can be used independently or simultaneously, depending on the requirements.

 

4. The automatic tool changer (ATC) system can be customized and installed according to customer specifications, eliminating the need for manual tool replacement. This feature significantly minimizes downtime and improves operational efficiency.
