7. Under normal operating conditions, the cold-forming cycle requires approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while thermal bending typically requires approximately 120 seconds, depending on material characteristics and workpiece dimensions. Thermal forming begins once the workpiece reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with heating parameters optimized according to material properties and required bending specifications.

8. After processing parameters have been configured, operators can initiate the automatic cycle using either the start button or foot pedal. The system then automatically completes the entire forming sequence, including workpiece positioning, induction heating, withdrawal of the heating assembly, hydraulic forming, ram return, and finished workpiece unloading.

9. When operating in the combined thermal and cold-forming mode, production begins immediately after parameter input. The hydraulic ram is not required to return to its initial position. Instead, the lower forming die automatically rises approximately 100 mm, allowing rapid workpiece removal and significantly improving production efficiency while reducing cycle time.
