2. High-Precision Drilling System. The drilling spindle utilizes a premium BT40 precision spindle manufactured in Taiwan and incorporates an internal coolant delivery system to achieve excellent drilling performance and dimensional accuracy. The drilling assembly is configured with six CNC-controlled drilling heads, evenly distributed with three heads on each side of the angle steel. When holes share the same diameter and are located at identical distances from the upper edges of the angle steel flanges, the corresponding drilling heads on both sides can operate simultaneously, maximizing machining efficiency and productivity.
