The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, while the thermal processing cycle is approximately 120 seconds per unit, depending on the material grade and component dimensions. Fabrication commences only once the heating temperature reaches 800°C (red-hot stage), with precise process parameters determined according to the material type and the required bending angle tolerances.
