The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, whereas the thermal processing cycle is approximately 120 seconds per unit, depending on the material grade and component dimensions. Fabrication begins only once the heating temperature reaches 800°C (the red-hot stage), with precise process parameters established based on the material type and the required bending angle tolerances.

During the thermal treatment phase, once the process parameters are set, operators can initiate the cycle by either pressing the start button or using the foot pedal switch to commence the fully automated operation sequence. This sequence follows a predetermined workflow, including feeding the workpiece into the heating zone, applying thermal energy, retracting the heating elements upon completion, clamping and compressing the workpiece, lifting the ram, and finally unloading and retrieving the processed component.
