1. This processing line is comprised of a transverse conveyor, overturn conveyor, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, two drilling units, a marking unit, an automatic unloading conveyor, along with the associated hydraulic station and electric cooling system. It integrates CNC technology and servo motors for material feeding, ensuring superior efficiency and consistent workpiece accuracy.

2. A drilling unit is positioned on each side, with each unit designed to accommodate three drills of varying sizes. The drilling units are equipped with CNC-controlled motion for depth adjustment, guaranteeing precise hole placement.

3. The rotational speed of all spindles is continuously adjustable via a transducer, while the feeding speeds are infinitely variable through speed control valves. The transition between rapid feeding, operational feeding, and rapid retraction of the spindles is fully automated.

4. The drilling line is equipped with a single marking unit, enabling simple presetting of marking positions. Marking, workpiece clamping, and the infeed process for drilling are all powered by the hydraulic system. Key components are sourced from renowned international suppliers.
