Decoiler 1 set
Decoiler: The machine is in single-head mode (single support, four-link tension structure, tension force comes from hydraulic cylinder, adjustment is fast and reliable. The uncoiler is an automatic uncoiler with a pneumatic pressing device. After being installed on the material shaft of the uncoiler, the material shaft of the uncoiler is automatically rotated during the actual operation of the entire line. The working speed of the uncoiler can be adjusted according to the operating conditions of the entire line. To ensure the safety of the actual operation of the uncoiler, the uncoiler is equipped with Pneumatic brake device. The decoiler also contains 4 baffles to prevent the coil from loosening during the uncoiler.

Structure: The storage device is composed of two parts: an arc roller and a supporting device. There are 2 sets of arc rollers, which are placed on both sides of the storage bin. They are composed of an arc frame and a set of flexible rollers. The surface of the roller is plated with hard chrome.
Photoelectric switches are respectively installed at both ends of the storage pit to control the input of the plates in the silo, to ensure the level control between the uncoiling leveler and the punching machine, and finally realize the difference between the two The speed is balanced.

Multi-station puncher(cutting)-1set
Application: Mainly complete the punching of different hole types on the profile.
Structure: It adopts liquid four-column press mode, which is economical and applicable and fast The punching machine has a 6-station punching mode and contains 3 to 4 sets of die sets (final confirmation of the number of die sets according to the final confirmation of the punching plate drawing of the customer), which can continuously punch out multiple types of holes. The punching distance is adjustable in the transverse direction of the plate, and the punching step can be changed through the electrical control system.
