1. High Level of Automation. The production line is equipped with an automatic loading system (featuring a horizontal feeding channel and rotating loading rack), an automatic unloading system, and an automatic feeding mechanism. All holes and steel stamps on the angle steel can be processed in a single operation on this production line. The entire processing procedure is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention, thereby significantly reducing labor intensity for operators.

2. The drilling spindle is equipped with a Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (with internal coolant), guaranteeing superior drilling efficiency and precision. The drilling unit features six CNC drilling heads, with three positioned on each wing of the angle steel. The corresponding drilling heads on both sides are capable of simultaneously drilling holes of the same diameter and at identical distances from the upper ends of the angle steel wings.

3. The software features a bilingual Chinese/English interface, offering user-friendly operation and the ability to display workpiece drawings.
4. Programming is straightforward; users only need to input the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, spacing, and quantity when editing the program. Alternatively, CAD/CAM lofting software can be used for direct file conversion. It is compatible with NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
