4. Furnished with computerized numerical control (CNC) operational capabilities, this apparatus ensures the precise forming angle of workpieces, effectively upholding product quality benchmarks while elevating overall production efficiency.
5. The equipment is integrated with a standalone hydraulic system and independent electrical control system — a state-of-the-art structural design that facilitates intuitive, trouble-free operation, delivers safe and dependable performance, and supports high-volume production throughput.
6. For the processing of angle steel components with dimensions not exceeding L100×L100×10 (mm), cold-pressing technology may be deployed, provided that the specified bending angle is less than 5 degrees.

7. The average operational cycle time for cold-pressing procedures is 10 seconds per workpiece unit, whereas the thermal processing cycle duration is 120 seconds per unit (subject to the actual material grades and dimensional specifications of the components being processed). Additionally, workpiece fabrication is initiated only upon the heating temperature attaining 800 degrees Celsius (i.e., the red-hot phase), with specific process parameters being contingent on the actual material type and the required bending angle tolerances.

8. Throughout the workpiece thermal treatment phase, following the completion of process parameter configuration, operators may initiate the cycle start function or activate the foot pedal switch to commence the fully automated operational sequence. This sequence proceeds in a predefined order encompassing heating feed, thermal application, retraction of heating components upon process completion, workpiece clamping and compression, ram lifting, and final workpiece unloading and retrieval.

9. Within the integrated thermal processing and cold-pressing operational mode, subsequent to the completion of process parameter calibration, cold-pressing procedures may be executed directly. There is no mandate for the pressure ram to revert to its home position; instead, the lower pressing die elevates to create a 100mm clearance, facilitating convenient workpiece extraction. This optimized operational sequence serves to effectively enhance overall process efficiency.
