1. Longitudinal Support Roller Table
Composed of a base and supporting rollers, this component is specifically designed to deliver stable support for sheet materials. Each roller is equipped with bearing assemblies at both terminal ends to ensure secure and smooth operation. Featuring superior structural rigidity and robust impact resistance, the rollers facilitate consistent, friction-minimized movement of sheets across their surface.

2. Centering Device
 
This device is equipped with 5 sets of centering and positioning mechanisms, wherein the two centering blocks are synchronously driven and guided by precision guide rails. During operational cycles, the air cylinder actuates the two pairs of centering blocks to move toward each other, achieving accurate centering and secure clamping of the sheet material. Linear positioning functionality ensures that width deviations are uniformly distributed across both sides of the sheet, maintaining consistent processing accuracy.

3. X-axis Main Clamp Feeding Device: 2 Sets
This beam punching machine line is composed of a servo motor, precision reducer, floating hydraulic clamp, precision linear guide rail, precision rack, and support structures. The servo motor transmits power to drive the helical gear into rotation via the precision reducer, and further converts rotational motion into linear motion through the rack mechanism. Guided by the precision linear slide rail, the feeding components achieve accurate feeding operations, ensuring precise and stable sheet material conveyance. The feeding clamp adopts a floating structural design, which provides strong adaptability to slightly warped sheet materials. It features high clamping force, reliable clamping performance, and consistent operational stability.

The CNC punching line for automobile longitudinal beam flat plates employs a push-pull clamping configuration. The clamping mechanism secures the middle segments at both ends of the longitudinal beam. This clamping approach enables reliable fixation of plates with edge-level discrepancies. The clamping devices are arranged symmetrically on either side of the main machine unit.
