Product Features:
1. High Level of Automation. The production line is outfitted with an automatic loading system (comprising a horizontal feeding channel and a rotating loading rack), an automatic unloading system, and an automatic feeding system. All holes and steel stamps on the angle steel can be completed in a single pass through the production line. No manual intervention is required during the processing procedure, which significantly reduces the labor intensity for workers.

2. The drilling spindle adopts a Taiwan-sourced BT40 precision spindle (with internal coolant supply), which ensures high drilling efficiency and precision. The drilling unit is configured with six CNC drilling heads, with three arranged on each wing of the angle steel. For holes featuring the same diameter and identical distance from the upper ends of the angle steel wings, simultaneous drilling can be achieved via the corresponding drilling heads on both sides.

3. The software features a Chinese/English interface, ensuring user-friendly operation and enabling the display of workpiece drawings.
4. Programming is simplified: when editing a program, users only need to input the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, hole spacing, and workpiece quantity. Alternatively, direct conversion can be realized using CAD/CAM lofting software. The system is also capable of reading .NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
