Product Features:
1. High level of automation is featured. The production line is outfitted with an automatic loading system (comprising a transverse feeding channel and a rotating loading frame), an automatic unloading device, and an automatic feeding device. All hole drilling operations and steel stamp marking processes on angle steel can be completed in a single pass through the production line, with no manual intervention required during processing. This configuration significantly reduces the labor intensity for workers.
2. The angles punch mark machine line typing unit adopts a closed-type structure, boasting high structural strength and stable operation performance. The printing unit is configured with a bed support fixed to the machine base, a movable bed, and a hydraulic-driven press head character box. In accordance with instructions issued by the computer system, printing operations are executed at the positions specified in the engineering drawings. To expand the machine’s processing scope, a manual adjustment mechanism has been additionally integrated. By utilizing this mechanism, the downward position of the movable body (i.e., the position of the character head) can be adjusted, enabling adaptation to the typing positions of angle steel products with different specifications.
3.The CNC metal tower punching equipments hole-drilling process achieves high positional accuracy. The feeding device of this production line is powered by a servo motor, with transmission realized via a gear-rack mechanism. It is also equipped with a gear-rack detection component and a position-sensing encoder for positional accuracy feedback, jointly forming a full closed-loop control system. Meanwhile, the movement of the drilling power head along the directions of the two flanges of the angle steel is driven by a servo motor and transmitted through a ball screw. This configuration ensures the high positional accuracy of holes machined on angle steel workpieces.
The host computer features a Chinese-language interface, which is easily operable for general operators. It is capable of displaying workpiece graphics and the coordinate dimensions of hole positions, facilitating inspection procedures. Additionally, it supports the reception of workpiece processing programs generated by dedicated programming software. The adoption of host computer-based management significantly streamlines the storage and retrieval of processing programs.
These specimens encompass a spectrum of common specifications and hole patterns of angle steel utilized in transmission line tower construction. They enable potential users or inspectors to visually validate the equipment’s operational performance, thereby offering tangible and intuitive references for assessing whether the equipment aligns with the practical production requirements of transmission line tower manufacturing.
In ultra-high voltage (UHV) transmission line construction—where transmission towers are required to withstand extreme weather conditions and heavy loads—this equipment assumes a pivotal role in processing angle steel components for the towers’ main load-bearing frameworks. It efficiently fulfills drilling and stamping operations for angle steel applied in tower bodies, cross-arms, and other critical structural components, ensuring high dimensional precision and robust connection performance.
