Product Features
1. The control system incorporates the SIEMENS 828D CNC system, with servo motor-driven feeding. This configuration delivers high operational efficiency and consistent workpiece precision.
2. A servo central centering device is mounted on the feeding support roller, enabling it to accommodate the processing of variable cross-section plates with a height difference of 0–200mm.
3. It can be fitted with 25 molds of different diameters, and mold installation is fast and convenient.
4. The loading, punching, and unloading of plates are fully automated, thereby reducing labor intensity.
5. Waste materials are automatically discharged and collected. pport rollers, capable of accommodating the processing of variable-section plates with a height difference of 0–200 mm.
6. The automatic programming software can directly access graphics from AUTOCAD or .DXF format graphics generated by other CAD software. Through an intuitive human-machine interface, it completes the automatic generation of machine tool processing programs—this saves time and eliminates errors.
